EDU Access — Your EDU platform for People of Determination

1. Acceptance

By using EDU Access, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service description

EDU Access is a free learning platform for People of Determination — each user gets their personal EDU platform. It offers courses from the EDU educational platform, progress tracking, certificates, certificate issuance requests, inclusive jobs, and advanced accessibility settings. The service complements the EDU educational platform and does not replace its general policies.

3. Eligibility

  • The service is for People of Determination — each user has their EDU platform within EDU Access.
  • You can start as a guest to choose an adaptation profile without an account.
  • Full features (progress sync, certificates, issuance requests) require sign-in.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and your account password.

4. Learning & courses

  • Courses shown in EDU Access are free for learners — no in-app subscription fees.
  • Available content is set by EDU Access administration and may change without prior notice.
  • Course completion and certificates require meeting learning requirements (lessons, quizzes).
  • In-app certificates show the serial number for verification — full preview via issuance request.

5. Certificates & issuance requests

  • The serial number proves certificate registration in the system and can be verified.
  • Issuance requests are reviewed by administration — approval is not automatic.
  • Providing misleading data or identity fraud in certificate requests is prohibited.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Attempt to hack the app or access others’ data without authorization.
  • Misuse adaptation tools or manipulate quiz results.
  • Copy or redistribute educational content without permission.
  • Use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes.

7. Jobs & career paths

Job opportunities and career paths are for guidance only. EDU Access does not guarantee employment. Hiring decisions are made by the organizations posting jobs.

8. Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. It may pause temporarily for maintenance. Administration may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms or app features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
